My Room was so Comfortable and big , excellent services all my Thanks To Rania & Tahir

The location it’s very near to Mall of the Emirates and comfortable and room it’s big and the staff so friendly and helpful

Morning breakfast it’s crowded I need to wait to have a place to seat

Everyone was super friendly (the receptionist, valet, bell service).

Nice and spacious room, the cleanliness and staff service excellent.

Great staff, breakfast great. Pool area amazing.

The room was very clean and the view was spectacular. The check in was also flawless.

The staff were professional and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The whole stay was smooth, with quick and easy check-in and check-out.

Lovely hotel, An excellent place to stay with friendly staff. Thank to Ms. Alaa and Latifa on reception for smooth checkin and bellboy Ayoub was very informative.

I have requested two things only, i mentioned in the booking time and also on the time of check in but know one bothered that

It was not clean toilet was not clean and also there was water stuck in the sink it was smelly room

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Grand excelsior Hotel Al barsha, the hotel staffs was nice specially thanks to Tahir for upgrade my room and Oshini for fast check-in.

All of it, they treat you really nice and very clean

The room is super big and facilitated good. Staff is very helpful. Karin, Aia. Adnan and the one who checked me in at the reception I forgot his name. They all an amazing team

The room was very nice, spacious and well equipped. Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was excellent.

The bathrooom was scruffy and needed updating, the bed was lumpy.

Everything. From reception Mr Tahir, Mr Gautam from house keeping, superb breakfast, excellent Bed, and the free Valet service.

They cancelled my booking at 6:00 pm because it was not paid in advance. I have received any phone call prior to cancellation. However, Tahir was kind and professional enough to consider and reinstated my booking.

Bed bugs are all over the hotel roomsNo ventilation no windows to open Staff opened the door while i was naked out of the bathroom Poor breakfast The hotel is not clean at all

THE WORST i have ever experienced in my entire life

AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolutely unacceptable experienceI booked 5 nights at Grand Excelsior Al Barsha through Booking.com and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.The moment I entered the room, I was hit with an overwhelming mold smell. The air felt heavy, damp, and unhealthy. I literally couldn’t stay in the room for more than 10 minutes. I immediately called the front office to report the issue and ask for fresh air.That’s when the first shock came: windows are completely sealed and forbidden to open in the entire hotel. The staff member’s solution? He suggested I leave the room door open if I wanted fresh air.!!!!This is not only absurd, but completely unacceptable from a hotel claiming to be professional.I then went down to the front desk and spoke with the night shift employee, Ramy, who was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. I clearly requested either:•a room with an openable window, or•a cancellation due to unlivable conditionsInstead of trying to help, he repeatedly redirected me to Booking.com, insisting the hotel had “nothing to do” with it. This felt deliberately manipulative, as if the staff is trained to push guests into a dead end until they give up. It was obvious this is a known, recurring complaint and they know exactly how to handle it in the most unprofessional way possible.I went back and forth for over 4 hours, exhausted after more than 6 hours of travel, sitting hungry, tired, and frustrated in a very uncomfortable lobby. No effort was made to resolve the situation, offer alternatives, or show basic hospitality.After almost being on the phone for more than 2 hours back and forth with booking they offered thatvtge property accepted to deduct one night and refund the rest of the stay. So i had to pay for a room that i only enetered for 10 minutes!!!!The lobby itself was unsettling. The atmosphere felt off.The place felt fishy and deeply uncomfortable, not somewhere you’d feel safe or relaxed staying.
